Rates are based on the driving distance to your home or office and the frequency with which you decide to train. Fitness To You Personal Training is based out of Scottdale, PA, approximately 16 miles south of Greensburg, 11 miles south of New Stanton, and 18 miles north of Uniontown. There are two sets of rates, one if you live within 15 miles of Scottdale, and another if you live 15 miles away or further. Due to rising gas prices, a new set of rates has been set up if you live over 40 miles from Scottdale. Details can be found below. All the rates are non-negotiable.
Each training session will consist of a one-hour weight training workout with warmup and stretching, instruction in proper exercise technique, record of the exercises performed and their descriptions if needed. Also included in the rate for each training session is: a notebook for use as a workout journal, nutrition information and diet guidelines, a progressive cardiovascular plan based on your resting heart rate and calculated target heart rate range, body fat and circumference measurements every 6-8 weeks and/or physical tests and measurements, answers to all the questions you can ask in an hour session, and continued progression of intensity, new exercises, new workouts, and constant motivation and support!

If you live over 40 miles from Scottdale, the rates will be $10 more (than the '15 Miles or Further' rate) for individuals and $5 more per person for group rates.
